Returns & Exchanges

At Naked & Famous Denim, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your denim is in its original condition, has not been hemmed or customized, and still has all original tags and flasher attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
