Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our raw denim and unique fabrics.
Should I wash my raw denim before wearing them?
We generally recommend wearing your raw denim for as long as possible before the first wash to develop unique fade patterns. However, if you prefer a cleaner look or need to shrink unsanforized denim, an initial soak is perfectly fine.
How do I determine my correct size?
Sizing can vary significantly between our different fits like the Super Guy, Weird Guy, and Easy Guy. We provide a detailed measurement guide on every product page; we recommend measuring your best-fitting pair of jeans and comparing them to our charts.
What is your return policy on hemmed jeans?
Please note that any jeans that have been customized with our hemming service are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend confirming your fit before requesting a hem.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What is the difference between Selvedge and non-Selvedge denim?
Selvedge denim is woven on traditional shuttle looms which create a self-finished edge, preventing unraveling. It is often associated with higher quality and heritage manufacturing, whereas non-selvedge denim is made on modern projectile looms.
How do I care for my denim to prevent blowouts?
To extend the life of your jeans, we recommend washing them periodically to remove dirt and grit that can weaken the cotton fibers. If you notice a small hole forming, we suggest getting it repaired early via darning.
